I really enjoy hack & slash games, but GoW stands out among them. Kratos is one of the most badass characters in recent video game history, and this figure with a cutesy Kratos was a must buy. Although, I'm fairly sure if he saw it in my house, he'd would very literally kill me.The figure I received was perfect. No paint rubs, scratches, no stray marks. He stands about 4 inches tall, and is a good addition to a POP figure or video game figure collection. His detailing is true to the game--the ashen skin, outfit, facial hair, and so forth. He's not really easy to find in stores, and amazon sells it for about $10. For any POP figure, that's a good price. I would recommend this for any God of War or PlayStation fan.I was pleasantly surprised that Kratos came to me in the condition it did. The box was for the most part good. Free of bends, folds and/or creases. Kratos himself had some fogging in the red paint in critical, visible areas but it seemed to look like blood stains on his skin so it didn't bother as bad as the fogging in the black around his eyes. I have bought quite a few POP'S and some come pristine while other's are just rubbish. It is the dIcenter you roll in order to get those ones you can't find anywhere else.As a huge God of war fan, this is prefect. It shows the 'blades of chaos chained around his arms, great detail. I also have the actual blade of chaos that I also purchased from Amazon. They look great next to each other, shows the strength of Kratos being what he is and the deeper side with this toy. Glad I purchased this as it has been discontinued from further Funko pop! games. The new God of war game features Kratos getting closer to his son, definitely thrilled with this purchase. Get them while they're still here.So let me start with my husband collects these things like crazy we cannot go to a store without looking at them. He goes online checks out what new ones are around, and saw Kratos. He kept looking for it in every store we went to. So when his birthday was coming up I found it here on Amazon and ordered it for him. This one definitely stands out in all the ones that he has, it is pretty cool looking. They did a pretty good job on capturing the God of War. If you like Pop figures this one is definitely worth it to have in your collection.This is Kratos, the leader of the Spartans, the victor over Ares, Savior of Olympus, and the God of War. Do you see those cute beady eyes? Don't believe them, for they are watching your every move. What, you think he got that scar over his eye in a chess match? He is a warrior, and you should treat him as such.The God of War does not belong on your desk, safeguarding computer mice and paper clips, but you like, he will stand guard over them anyways, as he has been trapped in a tiny vinyl form. It is up to you to release him from this shell and restore him to his glory.Kratos arrived in a brand new box. When I unboxed him I noticed some scuff marks on the white/gray paint in a few areas. I think it might be an issue of the paint finish. I purchased a different FunKo Pop figure and the white paint was free of any marks but the finish was smoother. Despite the few scuffs I still love it.Kratos is one of my favorite video game characters of all time! I've always enjoyed playing the God of War games. When I saw that there was a funko pop of it, I just had to have it! The detail is great. My only complaint is how the item box was smooshed, which explains the 4 star rating. It would've been 5 if it wasn't for the smooshed box. Other than that, Kratos is awesome.Package can in great condition and Kratos was in good condition with the exception of a couple dirt prints on the back and top of head (nothing a little cleaning can't get rid of) but tough to say if this was new or not but overall I am happy with it.It's a great bobble head, great qualityBought for a Christmas present - loved it and arrived in pristine condition....a god of war fan made very happyA must have for any fans of God of warHe's so cute, it's hard to believe what he did to his family.
